A Celiac Diagnosis Can Feel Like Your World's Been Turned Upside Down

But it doesn't have to stay that way.

As a Registered Dietitian and celiac mom, I help parents move beyond "going gluten-free" by creating a clear plan that supports their child's health, answers the questions no one prepared them for, and helps everyday life feel less overwhelming.

But it doesn't have to stay that way.

As a Registered Dietitian and celiac mom, I help parents move beyond simply "going gluten-free" by creating a clear plan that supports their child's health, answers the questions no one prepared them for, and helps everyday life feel less overwhelming.

What if...

  • ...you had more space in your brain for the things you love instead of constantly thinking about food?

  • ...you didn't have to think so hard about every meal.

  • ...birthday parties, vacation, and holidays felt exciting again instead of stressful?

  • ...you weren't mentally exhausted by 1000 food decisions anymore?

  • ...gluten-free life became part of your routine instead of the center of your life?

  • ...you could look at your child and simply know they're okay?

That's the future I want for every family I work with.

You don't have to keep waiting and hoping things will get easier with time.

With the right guidance, you can create a healthier, more peaceful life with celiac disease right now.

A life where you spend less time worrying, trust the decisions you're making, and have more time and energy to enjoy your child and family.

Our Story

I still remember the flood of emotions I felt when the pediatrician said the words “celiac disease” just shy of my daughter’s fifth birthday.

My first thought was, “Thank God I trusted my gut. I knew something was wrong.”
My second thought was, “Now what do we do?”

Even with my background as a Registered Dietitian, I was so overwhelmed. The grocery store aisles closed in on me, every label felt like a puzzle, and every social gathering came with anxiety and dread.

Not to mention the fear. The fear of accidentally glutening her, forgetting about special events at school with gluten foods, or wondering if she would ever get to have a normal childhood.

I remember wondering, Will things always be this way now?

What I’ve learned is that families are often told to remove gluten, but they are rarely given consistent guidance on how to actually live gluten-free in real life while raising a healthy, thriving child with a positive relationship with food.

Today, I help parents of kids with celiac disease find the ease, confidence, and peace of mind I desperately needed in those early days. I help families feed their child safely, support healing and growth, and create simple systems that make everyday life feel less overwhelming.

Because your child deserves to thrive.
And you deserve support you can lean on along the way.

Hi, I'm Gaby Thompson

I'm a celiac mom and dietitian Specializing in celiac

When my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease, I quickly realized that going gluten-free was only the beginning.

Families are often told what to remove, but not how to rebuild nutrition, support gut health, or help their child truly feel better afterward.

Now, I help parents of kids with celiac disease move out of the constant overwhelm and confusion around food and create personalized, realistic systems that support healthy growth, healing, and everyday life , so gluten-free living feels calmer, more sustainable, and less consuming for the whole family.

If you’re tired of trying to piece this together on your own, I’d love to support your family.
