I never expected celiac disease to become such a personal part of my life.
As a Registered Dietitian, I understood nutrition. But when my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease, I quickly realized something that changed everything for me:
Knowing the science and actually living gluten-free as a family are two very different things.
Suddenly, everyday life felt different.
I found myself navigating label reading, school lunches, birthday parties, holidays, travel, family gatherings, and the constant responsibility of making sure my daughter stayed safe and nourished.
Under all of that was an even bigger question:
How do I help my child not just avoid gluten… but actually thrive?
What surprised me most was how little practical guidance families receive after diagnosis. We were told what foods to remove, but not how to rebuild nutrition, support gut healing, reduce stress around food, or create sustainable routines that actually work in real life.
Even as a dietitian, I understood why so many parents feel overwhelmed.
That experience changed the direction of my career.
I became deeply passionate about helping families navigate celiac disease in a way that feels clear, realistic, and supportive, especially during childhood, when growth, nourishment, and a child’s relationship with food matter so much.
Today, I specialize in helping parents of kids with celiac disease move out of the constant stress and confusion around food and create personalized systems that support healthy growth, healing, and everyday life.
My work combines evidence-based nutrition with the lived understanding of a celiac mom who knows firsthand how much this diagnosis can affect a family.
Because I believe children with celiac disease deserve more than just “getting by” gluten-free.
They deserve the opportunity to feel well, grow confidently, and fully enjoy childhood.
And parents deserve support that helps them stop feeling like they have to figure it all out alone.

What I believe
I believe no family should be left to navigate celiac disease with only a diagnosis and a food list. Every child, and the parent advocating for them, deserves a clear path to living a full life with celiac disease. Parents deserve expert guidance, real-life strategy, and personalized support at every stage.
How I show up
My relationship with Jesus is the foundation of my life, and it shapes how I show up for families: with humility, integrity, and care.
Here, you will be met with respect, clarity, and compassion, regardless of your background or beliefs.
I am committed to helping you protect your child, strengthen your home, and build a gluten-free life that feels sustainable and calm.

A judgement-free space.
Evidence-based nutrition guidance that fits your life and works for your child.
Practical systems that work in real life so meals feel easy instead of chaotic.
Consistent support and encouragement through life's challenges.
Why this work matters to me
As a mom of a child with celiac, I understand how it feels when a new diagnosis turns your life upside down. I'm called to this work, and I take that very seriously.
